Customer had an existing all-wood deck with no cover. They love to entertain family and friends but weren’t able to use the deck in the summer because it was too hot. They also had to use an exterior entrance to access the deck.

We sat with the customer and designed this beautiful outdoor living space where they can entertain year around.

• Stained tongue & grooved beadboard ceiling with recessed lighting, ceiling fan, and TV.

• A bay window was removed and replaced with full glass French doors.

• The outdoor curtain system allows you to close off the covered area to heat and cool your outdoor space.
   

This large four seasons 15’ x 30’ addition with Trex composite flooring  continues from the deck and into the new living space.

• Adding shiplap to walls in large rooms can be a great way to break up a room.

• Custom removable windows and open French doors allow for an outside breezy experience while still under cover.

Our customer had old wire shelving in their shared closet. We sat with them and designed these beautiful custom closets with built-in cabinetry including in-set drawers, hanging and shelving areas.
